Promoting Products

You are now ready to promote ClickBank products and earn lots of commissions.

Choosing a product to promote

For a wide range of products visit the ClickBank Marketplace.

The MarketPlace listings are ranked by popularity, so you can easily items in-demand.

On each entry is a Create Hoplink link which provides you with your affiliate link and the rate of commission you receive on selling that item.

Aim for products with a fair rate of commission, not lower than 25%, so as not to waste your efforts on lower rates of commission. Be reminded that ClickBank deducts transaction fees from sales.

Make sure you check the sales page

Visit the sales page of the product to verify that the sales copy does a good job of selling the product.
Also consider the following factors that may reduce your chances of making a sale

1. A number external links which distract the visitor from reaching the order page

2. Options to join a mailing list or claim free reports which might mean that the vendor could later follow up
these leads but you would not receive commission

3. An obvious link to an affiliate sign up page where your potential customers might simply become an affiliate and purchase the product themselves

4. If vendor offers multiple payment options, when ClickBank is not selected you do not get the commission

5. Pop ups that appears upon exiting a site to convert a leaving visitor into a sale that does not use ClickBank

Always check the ClickBank order page

Go visit the order page and make sure that your nickname appears in the [affiliate= ] line at the bottom of the order page. If not then you have an incorrect format of your link or it's possible that the affiliate program is not existing anymore.

Ensure that you regularly check if your links are working. ClickBank does not have a way of  informing affiliates that links set up are not working
